The remuneration of Joanna Surma Law Office may be calculated on the following basis:
Legal consultations
Remuneration is a fixed fee, the amount of which depends on the complexity of the consulting problem, including oral advice and a review of documents. In case the consulted matter requires detailed analysis of the records or preparation of the statement the fee may be increased.
Hourly rate
The remuneration is calculated by multiplying the fixed hourly rate agreed with the client and the number of hours dedicated by the Law Office for the particular case.
A lump sum remuneration
The remuneration for the case is established in advance between the Law Office and the client. The remuneration does not depend on the amount of time spent by the Law Office on the matter.
For all clients that constantly cooperate with the Law Office we offer billing model based on an hourly rate or a lump sum remuneration as fixed monthly retainer covering legal services up to the limit of hours agreed with the client.
